Dr. Ted Nyquist MD, chose a rather circuitous route to get to McMinnville in 1993. He chose family medicine because of the challenge and variety it offers in treating an array of age groups. After spending a considerable amount of time all over the country and abroad, Dr. Brandi Mendonca, MD, MPH, chose to settle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The best part of her practice is getting to know her patients. Dr. William Boylston was like many other providers at the West Hills Clinic in his delayed choice of Medicine as a career. Initially, he thought he would be an Engineer or Physicist, but he became interested instead in Medicine’s combination of personal relationships and applied science. Dr. Boylston appreciates the great worth of families, and the value of personal and community well-being. He felt that Family Medicine training would best prepare him to support those values in his work and he is pleased to return to Oregon for an opportunity to make use of the skills he has developed since he left.

Elizabeth Calvillo S.(PAC) loves taking care of people of all ages and from all walks of life. After completing her undergraduate studies, she served the immigrant and Hispanic community through a church program and later at Washington County Health Department. In time, she realized she wanted to further her education and serve as a physician assistant. Elizabeth enjoys the Yamhill Valley because of its beauty, small population, community spirit, and that it is home to a large Hispanic community.
